SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Little Love is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with a product and need to make a return, you must provide proof of purchase no later than 14 days after the purchase was made. The product must be in the same condition it was in when purchased and in its original packaging.
To make an exchange, a product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition it was in when purchased. Exchanges can be made for transactions paid in cash, credit or debit card, and gift card. Proof of purchase must be shown to exchange product and can be done no later than 14 days after the purchase was made.
